Kungla Harbor
Kungla Port Buildings and Services
The port of Kungla was finally completed in September 2011. It has one floating quay and a fixed quay made of concrete elements with a total of 23 berths. Slip and shore insurance are also being set up. There are water and electricity outlets at the quays. It is possible to dispose of bilge water and faeces as well as hazardous and other municipal waste. The Harbor building has the Harbor Master's office, toilet and shower room. There are sheds for boats, equipment and bike rentals. There are also two parking spaces for caravans.
The official draft of the port is 0.7 meters (actual depth 1.5 m), the width of the dredged fairway is 20 meters. The length of the fairway 125 m is the shortest possible, it is dredged long enough to reach a natural depth of 1.8 m. The harbor is open to recreational boats, jetties and fishing boats. The maximum length of the receiving vessel is 15 meters, width 3.5 meters and draft 0.7 meters.
