The port of Lekeitio is located very close to the estuary of the River Lea, San Nicolás island at the entrance and to the left and breakwater dock emerging from Punta Amandarri to the right. Access easily to the port by passing in between both of them, and approaching the dock to the right.
Lekeitio is mainly a fishing port, but has a considerable number of boats, a fact that is closely related to the tourist nature the town has newly acquired. Several bars and restaurants are dotted around the port, apart from the fish market where recently fished species can be bought (except Sunday).

This port is located near the mouth of the River Lea. The island of San Nicolás is to the left of the entrance, and the breakwater that rises from Punta Amandarri to the right. Passing between the two, and getting close to the dike on the right, the port is easily accessible.
Lekeitio is a fishing port, although with a large number of pleasure boats, following the touristic character of the town today.
